Dear all,
I am using a Wishart distribution as prior for the precision matrix (R) of a multivariate normal distribution. Then I'm obtaining the covariance matrix (Omega) as Omega = inverse(R)
I would use in my model the first element of the Omega matrix (Omega[1,1]), but I get this error :
"unable to choose updater for node R[1,1]" .
So I can not have Omega[1,1].
Is it possible to access at an element of a matrix in WinBUGS or should I write the model in a different way?
