Hi all, I've been watching this thread and happy feedback that the app is user friendly and not generating a support burden for clients. Also I think this kind of sharing of resources is a great idea. So I hope you don't mind, but I'm copying this to the mobile mailing list to see if any other clients have input to share on this? This is why the bulk of the work we do is around supporting staff to create 'mobile friendly' courses. Tips include, using pdf files, and attaching files to 'items' rather than adding them via an embedded HTML link. We have reached over 11,000 unique users in the last year and have around 5,000 using the app every month but general enquires/support calls are low. Feedback from our student surveys show the most important thing is to make sure they know the app is available to them. They also need help/advice about connecting to campus wifi.
