A final reminder that the Archives and Records Association (ARA) Section for New Professionals (SfNP) Annual General Meeting is taking place at 3:30pm on
Friday 16 November 2012 in Rm B.05, Chadwick Building, Gower Street, University College London (http://crf.casa.ucl.ac.uk/screenRoute.aspx?s=1178&d=29&w=False).
The event is free and open to both members and non-members of the ARA.
As well as a chance to find out about the Section’s plans for 2013 and have a say in its future direction, there’s a presentation on promotion of digital collections by Andy Jack of the London School of Economics Library
and a talk by Marie Owens (Head of Public Affairs, ARA) on the role of advocacy within the ARA and the latest news from the Association.
