Following on
from James response, equality impact assessments are still a requirement of
funding bodies to demonstrate ‘due regard’ for the REF2014 and in
many research bids, so yes further clarification from ECU colleagues would be
very helpful!

Any thoughts on what happens next? If I
understood correctly we are not required to undertake equality impact
assessments but display due regard. Do we still need to display due regard?
Clarification from ECU colleagues might be helpful here.
