Hello all I wondered if anyone had any experience in supporting someone transitioning gender in the workplace. If so I'd be keen to hear more about what support you were able to provide, how communication with colleagues took place, whether students were communicated with and whether any adjustments were made (i.e. in teaching responsibilities) during the initial transition period.
