Dear All,

I'd like to draw your attention to a post that will soon be advertised
on NHS jobs.

This is a brand new principal clinical scientist post that has been
created to support the increase of point of care testing across the
Trust and to enable us to work with clinical teams to look at innovative
ways of using POCT to improve patient pathways. You will support both
pathology and clinicians in POCT.

We are also keen to ensure continuous personal development and career
progression and as such you will undertake duties which include all
aspects of the department's service provision. This will include
participation on the duty biochemist rota and involvement in audit and
R&D.

Whilst Fellowship of the Royal College of Pathologists is desirable I
positively encourage applications from those who are working towards it.

If you'd like to discuss this post further please contact me either by
e-mail or on either of the phone numbers below. I'll post again as soon
as the advert is on NHS jobs.

I look forward to hearing from lots of people!

Have a good weekend

Sally
