Dear all
I have been invited to join a research project called "The sound of well-being" that make use of choir as artistic intervention in different large companies in Norway. For me as a researcher
in leadership and organization and as a choir conductor, this is absolutely fantastic! I am therefor glad to introduce a possible new member of our network, one of the research members: Fay Giæver from Norway.

Fay Giæver is associate professor in Organizational Psychology at the Norwegian University of Science and
Technology (NTNU). Her research interests revolve mainly around the role played by emotions at work, and particularly employees’ emotional experiences during organizational change. Recently her research has also focused on the role played by arts in the workplace,
in particular the consequences of artistic interventions on employees’ psychological well-being and work-related behaviour.
