Ie, dw i wedi defnyddio 'cymeradwyo' yn y gorffennol hefyd ar gyfer pethau llai ffurfiol ond dw i'n rhyw deimlo y gall rhywun 'gymeradwyo' a 'chadarnhau' rhywbeth heb fod hynny'n golygu diwedd y broses, sef beth sydd dan sylw yma mewn dogfen gyfreithiol. Dw i'n tueddu i gytuno efo Ann bod angen y 'llofnodi' Efallai mai'r ateb yw ei bod yn dibynnu ar natur y ddogfen. Dw i'n sicr yn meddwl bod 'cymeradwyo' yn gweithio mewn rhywbeth llai penodol.

Mae 'cadarnhau' yn weddol agos ati dw i'n meddwl e.e. 'Cadarnhau bod y gwaith wedi'i gyflawni'. Ond ydy hynny'n ddigon pendant mewn dogfen gyfreithiol.
