Subject: Users’ Voices - released today.

Dear Contributors,

I am writing to let you know that Users’ Voices - a collection of narratives from substance users in Europe about their attempts to control or reduce their consumption is released today by the EU drugs agency (EMCDDA).

The publication can be downloaded here http://www.emcdda.europa.eu/publications/thematic-papers/users-voices
and the fact sheet here http://www.emcdda.europa.eu/news/2012/fs-9

We would like to thank everybody who contributed to this work.  We were unable to use all of the quotations sent to us, however, we hope that there will be opportunities to make use of other quotations in the future.  And we hope this publication will encourage more of this type of substance use research.

Comments from you and your colleagues about the paper and suggestions for future work would be very welcome.

Best wishes,

Deborah
