I would advise holding off EMI2 CREAM until (allegedly) the next release, where (hopefully) the 'resetting of the creamdb creation time' bug will be fixed (see

)

because even applying the workaround does not prevent it losing all WMS submitted jobs if you have to rerun yaim after an upgrade.

I kept most of my CEs on EMI1, because there's less updates and even if there are updates they tend not to break things so much.

Apart from the the EMI2 CREAMCE seems no better or worse than the EMI1.
