> So all sorted? Yes I think so. I created a script and alias to redefine all the relevant environment variables. I was caught out by the paths being the same but on different machines. So MAKECUBE was picking up the wrong libraries. MAKECUBE in the pipeline is once again creating VARIANCE components on the final iteration.
