Hi all,
when using the 'slover' functions shipping with SPM8, I can create nice
slice by slice overlays. I work on a linux server (CentOS).
However, the fonts of the labels are replaced by default Courier when
printing them to eitherPDF, PS, PNG or whatever format. And they are way
to small to be legible. On the screen the fonts look nice (and in
Helvetica).
This issue seems a more general figure plotting issue with Matlab on
linux, but this bug gets painfully clear when creating figures with
slover. It apparently has to do with matlab fonts not available in
Linux. But I tried many tips I found to get around this issue in an
automated (scriptable) way. Changing obj.labels.size for slover didnt do
the trick, in fact nothing changes.
Did anyone on linux get around this ugly matlab bug, especially for
'slover'?
