I think in theory only registered dealers can export from Morocco although so far I don't know anyone able to obtain a list of who is authorised from the Embassy. http://www.moroccan-emb.com/Consular.html As possible to non-residents in Morocco exported without due process: - Moroccan products (handicrafts or other) that was purchased in Morocco and that no fixed value. And this is recognized to make a purchase through a bond exchange or international credit card or other means. - Memorabilia. - Plastic stones, fossils and / or semi-precious stones, provided they do not exceed the number of scores.
