Simon Naylor of the University of Exeter will open this term's British Maritime History Seminars series with a talk entitled 'The Meteorological Crusade: Studying the Weather on Land and at Sea in the early 19th Century'. The talk is free and will take place on Tuesday 2 October at 5.15pm in the Bedford Room, Institute of Historical Research, University of London, Senate House, London WC1E 7HU.
