I'm just wondering how all of you guys manage to get a personal response from Contact Us. I was told the following yesterday by NHS Evidence Technical Support, having contacted "contact us": "Unfortunately, as we have been unable to replicate the issue on our network, it has been difficult to isolate the cause of the timeouts. Our developers are in the process of testing a possible fix which we hope to deploy as soon as it has passed the testing process. We are working as hard as we can to get it resolved but like I say, it depends upon passing testing, being deployed and then waiting to see if it does actually improve the situation for users getting the problem."
