Dear Bethan I heard from Tina Allen that they had rebooted the HDAS servers over night and hoped that would fix things today but again the software would take a while to work its way onto our hospital servers. Its certainly done zig zags on me so far this morning, so new improved HDAS not arrived here yet! Tina thought it ought to be out and about by this pm. But will it really be fixed...... We were made aware of the issue with the databases and our developer team put an emergency fix in place late Monday afternoon. The issue is now resolved. However,some external networks appear to be caching an older version of the site (we had a small number of other similar reports yesterday morning). Our systems team have checked and recycled the HDAS servers at our end to ensure they are running as expected, and we have been unable to replicate the problems reported to us. External networks caching lengths vary depending upon the individual external network settings. We have also received several reports of an issue with timeouts producing 'zig zag' errors, and we believe our developers have now resolved the problem (a technical issue with one of the server tools).
