Hi Govind,
you should ask your NGI to update the nagios server to 17.1 update
where this bug is fixed
(https://ggus.eu/ws/ticket_info.php?ticket=82899)
in the meantime you could modify the file /etc/emi-version settineg
for example: 1.11.0-1
