Dear Colleagues,

Please find attached the following:

· an agenda and list of attendees for Friday’s meeting at Swansea University

· the minutes from our last meeting

· a copy (for information) of the group’s terms of reference which we agreed to modify slightly at our last meeting.

The agenda items will refer to the following:

· a number of papers are also attached, provided by HESA, for agenda item 3

· Future capping arrangements (agenda item 7c) will refer to the recent e-mail consultation that HEFCW ran, and the data verification that was circulated to institutions yesterday.

· The Information Landscape discussion will focus on from report of the project group, that was published over the summer: http://landscape.hesa.ac.uk/

It’s unlikely we will have the means or the time to provide any papers on the day, so please make sure you bring your own paper or digital copies to the meeting.
