Hi all.

We have some toy boxes in the Art Gallery for families to use when they visit.  They're now about 4 years old and have done reasonably well, but are about to be restocked to replace tired toys and tatty books.  However, we have noticed that a significant number of the nicer toys, especially puppets have "gone missing."  I witnessed today, for example, a young gentleman (aged about 19) attempting to walk out with our dolphin puppet!

So, how do I stop this happening?  I really don't want have to start "policing" them and locking them up - the layout of our building and the varied duties of our front of house staff means that it would be impractical to operate this kind of system.  Plus the feedback that we get is that families really like the openness of them.  I'm thinking I need to come up with some way of labelling things so people will be really embarrassed to walk out with them.  Any ideas?

Many thanks, Fiona
