Dear experts, Let's say I compared 2 groups of participants' brains controlling for age. Now, if I wish to run a regression analysis within one cluster between IQ and the brain measure (e.g. average volume within that cluster), would I need to control for age again? Or would this be unnecessary because I picked a cluster resulting from controlling for age?
