Hi David and Benjamin,

I do neurodebian repositories enabled on my machine.

I run apt-cache show fslview and the versions displayed are:
Version: 3.1.8+4.1.9-1~nd11.04+1

Config-Version: 3.1.8+4.1.9-1~nd11.04+1

Also for fsl:
Version: 4.1.8-1ubuntu1

Is this meaning that for neurodebian repositories there is not updated both programs?
I've been following the mailing list and I've understood that the new versions for neurodebian are ready.

If you don't already have Neurodebian enabled then follow the instructions at:
