Dear colleagues,

ECU is currently designing some training materials for staff working in service functions within HE (e.g. accommodation, catering) on how to reflectively think about what they can do to anticipate reasonable adjustments within their roles.

The materials currently include slides, handouts and some exercises, but we would like to supplement these with other materials that will be useful for trainers that use other mediums such as podcasts or video.

Are colleagues aware of any materials that we could potentially link to from our website that may be useful for other colleagues working in the sector? I am aware that some institutions have developed videos of disabled students discussing experiences relating to services, and so this may be a good opportunity to share some of this work more widely.

If you do have anything, please can you send to me directly on the email below

All the best and thanks in advance
Chris
