Do the students have to submit anonymously? If not couldn’t the lecturer just have a list of students for whom such a consideration has been agreed?

Subject: Identifying a student with Dyslexia via Turnitin Grademark
Hi,
We are currently running a pilot of Turnitin Grademark here at Swansea University. However, it has flagged up a potential accessibility issue. One of our lecturers has contacted us with the following query:
The university's policy is that students nominate whether they want their markers to take dyslexia into account by attaching a sticker to the hard copy they hand in. Only students who have been assessed for dyslexia have access to these stickers.
Does anyone have a similar policy in place? How do you manage regarding online marking? I realise that there are different ways of marking and giving feedback, such as the use of audio and screencasts etc, but our issue is identifying that the (anonymous) student wants his/her dyslexia to be taken into account during the marking process. Only students with dyslexia are provided with these stickers, but if we to get the students to, say, type a code in, then other students could just as easily do this, rendering the procedure unusable.
Do you know of any workarounds/solutions? Many thanks in advance
