Southampton City Council after the council breached the Data Protection Act by requiring taxi operators to record all conversations and images while the vehicles were in use. (Appeal ENF20120723; Two day hearing set for 30 & 31/01/2013)

 

Central London Community Healthcare (CLCH) NHS Trust got a £90K fine; ENF0406305, 3 day oral hearing set for 03 -05/12/2012.

 

05-Oct-12, ENF0416748 Scottish Borders Council (Appeal against £250,000 fine); just listed at the Tribunal.
