The Institute for Informatics and Digital Innovation at Edinburgh Napier
University has just advertised a fully-funded PhD studentship. Topic
open. The Centre for Social Informatics, a research centre within the
IIDI, would be very interested in seeing high-quality applications for
theses in information society studies, information policy, digital
divide, information poverty, access, surveillance, or related topics.
