In a digital world it is not so commonly the case that *an* item has *one* (or two) distinct author(s) - things are much more fluid now. HelenD. So looks as if that really is the RDA Core element, or that's how I read it. Does this mean that if I choose, I'm *allowed* to not mention Sue Batley!? cf. AACR2's 21.6C1 which gives specific instructions to make an added-entry in such cases. (disclaimer: it would obviously be a most unhelpful cataloguer who went down this route, but the RDA wording seemed to suggest it) HelenD. I wouldn't think to add this in a MARC record, and like the way RDA allows for these kinds of links, though as we mentioned earlier today, I'm wondering about how far to go with this, and the time it would add to cataloguing a resource.
