Due to a growth with the pharmaceutical company they are looking to expand the team. Main Duties * Leading and conducting the development * Deal with standards/coding projects * Mentoring junior members within the team * Designated activities to junior staff members * Reassess standards operation strategies and activities for CRO/Vendors * Consults within and across different clinical departments and identify gaps, risks or inefficiencies. * Represents Clinical Development and Biometrics departments in cross-functional standards and coding project teams.
