Dear colleagues,

We are evaluating the BeckmanCoulter DSL9600 DHT RIA as a replacement of our classic inhouse 3H-RIA preceded by solvent-extraction en C18-chromatographic separation.
We are experiencing reproducibility problems most likely related to the potassiumdichromate oxidationstep preceding the RIA procedure.

Do other users have similar problems and, more important, solutions? Any kind of tips/trics are welcome.

Kind regards,

Bart Ballieux
