Dear SPM/PET community Sorry for this PET-beginners question: I first converted .dcm PET images to Analyze format (-> 27 frames) via dcm2nii I next tried to apply realignment in SPM (on all frames). However, I received the following error message -> PET_error.jpg Is there something wrong with the header of the images (attached) or in the way processing the data?
