Hello Silke, in case your first regressor corresponds to the mean/beta 0, this is correct. [0 1 0 0] shows voxels with a positive relationship between grey matter volume/density and scores, [0 -1 0 0] are voxels with a negative relationship. Depending on your study it might be a good idea to add sex as a third regressor of no interest. Best, Gabor
