Hi list, I have a potential referral for a lady whose GP has said she is suffering from MCS. She reacts to perfume (rashes, hayfever symptoms), mostly controlled by twice daily antihistamines. Works in an open plan office, management have considered banning all staff from wearing perfume but as you can imagine, this is not a popular option! Only option myself and management can see is to allow her to work away from others, but this creates it’s own problems for her work. Testing is not an option from a management perspective and her GP is unwilling to consider it. Anyone have any bright ideas on what adjustments could be made please? Many thanks!
