New chapter opening for Broughton as library welcomes public from Friday
The new library replaces the mobile facility that will be withdrawn tomorrow (Thursday Sept 20).  ....... Initially, it will be open 15 hours a week. But, with help from more volunteers, North Lincolnshire Council says it can extend the opening hours.
