This means that a delegation renewal request was issued, but that 
delegationid doesn't exist, at least for that user.

Can you grep "1346866551.148866" on the glite-ce-cream.log* files to 
check if that delegation was created and in this case which is the user 
who created it ?

I am afraid the problem should be debugged in the client (Condor I 
guess) side
