Hi

there is a command line option --report_maps that will allow you to control the plotting from the command line. The current default is " -s 2 -A 950 " , i.e. melodic will sclae by a factor of 2 and then create figures that are ~950 pixels wide. (see slicer for details). You can play with slicer to see what works for your data and then set this as a report_maps string.
