Hi FSLers,

thanks very much for the new release, which I installed today.

I tried to use invwarp in FSL6, and it appears to not access the reference file (I tired quite a few files but always get the same error, and all the files have been generated in FSL4.1).

The same command, on the same files, was working OK with the previous release, although I always had to force it to overcome alarm messages of large ROI.
