Not sure what's in your stage 3 results if you only have one group... From the stage 2 results, you can basically set up voxelwise GLM using your behavioural measure as the regressor of interest. You could also do some sort of ROI analysis, i.e. generate a mask from the (group level) independent component map and use it with fslmeants on your stage 2 results to get a single measure of "network connectivity" for each subject. Then correlate that with your behavioural measure as in the voxelwise analysis.

I am relatively new to resting state and was wondering if anyone had any advice on how to get voxel-wise statistics from the stage3 tfce files? What I am trying to achieve (and hopefully I have set it up correctly) is see if any other voxels in the brain within a particular IC time course (e.g., DMN component) are correlated with my behavioral variable. That is, whether the variable is correlated with the connectivity of a given IC and other areas of the brain. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance!
