The appeal should come from the Principal or vice principal.

There is a very helpful appeals booklet is on the JCQ website Elaine.

Subject: appealing against re-mark

Hi all

I’ve never done this, so am researching on AQA website as it’s one of theirs the faculty isn’t happy with, and note that the appeal is required in writing from the principal or headteacher. Have any of you appealed against the outcome of an EAR and if so did you sign the appeal or have to get the principal to do it?

Thanks
