Hello from Bournemouth & Poole College exams team!

 

Our MIS supplier (Tribal) also found there was an issue with the academic year in the basedata file still showing as 11-12; changing the JCQ version number back from 15 to 14 allowed the file to be opened, but only 11-12 exam occurences could be created, so watch out for that too.

I did have a problem and after speaking to C&G they had to change the version number on my file as they had had problems at their end. Once they had done that it worked – contact is Jim Gartlan on 0207 2948266 he was really helpful

Has anyone had problems importing the CGLI base data into QL for this year?

The system is saying that I need to set up series codes 00, 01-12 which I have already done before importing the data
