Want to Collaborate on an AAG Session? – Financialization of Nature, Environmental or Conservation Governance, Political Economy of the Environment, Etc. This is way more informal than a CFP, but I thought I’d send out some feelers and see what happens. I’m interested in working with some people who are still looking for an AAG session to figure something out that broadly looks at either conservation or the political economy of the environment or both. I am also open to either a panel or paper session and don’t necessarily want or need to be the organizer if you want to take the lead. My work looks at land trusts, shifting conservation governance, and new financing mechanisms for conservation in the US and Europe. I will probably be presenting some work about conservation as an EU accession requirement in Croatia. I am open to anything that seems like it could work well with this.
