Dear all

I have been fighting to solve this problem in running buster and would
appreciate any advice on the subject (errors shown below).

I have installed ccp4-6.3.0 and buster gives me now an error related to
environ.def

It runs without any problems with the previous version of ccp4 and the
exact same files, in another linux computer

*I have the following info regarding ccp4 and buster paths on my .bashrc*

# Added by CCP4 package manager:
source /usr/local/xtal/ccp4-6.3.0/bin/ccp4.setup-sh

alias ccp4i='/usr/local/xtal/ccp4-6.3.0/ccp4i.sh'
alias ccp4mg='/usr/local/xtal/ccp4mg-2.6.2/bin/ccp4mg'
alias coot='/usr/local/xtal/coot-0.6.2/bin/coot'

# buster
source /home/sylvie/buster/setup.sh

*****

I have tried to include in my bashrc what was reccomended for other
versions such as:

source /usr/local/xtal/ccp4-6.3.0/setup-scripts/ccp4.setup-sh
source /usr/local/xtal/ccp4-6.3.0/include/ccp4.setup-sh

and also:
export PATH=/usr/local/xtal/ccp4-6.3.0/bin:$PATH
export PATH=/usr/local/xtal/ccp4-6.3.0/include:$PATH

and I tried to source directly on the terminal window, which should
really be the same, but nothing really worked.

and in case you were wondering about the location of my programs:

CCP4

/usr/local/xtal/ccp4-6.3.0

and buster

/home/sylvie/buster

*this is the error shown on the top of the mtzchk log:*

*this is the resulting error when running buster:*

details see above and busterTest10/mtzchk.2.log. If
you don't want to do these checks (and want to use
the MTZ file as it is): please use the command-line
option UseMtzchk="no". You'd be doing this at your
own risk and don't recommend this!
