Interact with Diamandini, the life-size robotic artwork that responds
to the audience with choreographed movements.

Move around this interactive artwork to determine how images are
constructed, shape their pattern, colours and timing.

Watch this installation which explores the relationship between
synthetic and naturally evolved systems. Reas invented the popular
open-source programming language ‘Processing’ with Ben Fry.

Wearable Futures, Julie Legault

Find out about Julie Legault's research which addresses the
hybridisation of man and machine. Legault explores the futures of
accessories through technology, function, and fantasy, creating wearable
wonders.

Investigate social robotics and explore the idea of robots as humans’
companions.

Corporate Satire, Lawrence Epps

Meet the artist Lawrence Epps and find out more about his use of
extrusion to make ceramic sculpture which takes a humorous and satirical
swipe at corporate culture. This year he made 8,000 ceramic commuters
which took over the streets of Manchester.

NULL OBJECT, London Fieldworks

Participate in this digital EEG clinic and contribute your brainwave
recording to the project database, which will be used to robotically
manufacture a sculpture. Participants must be 18+ with the ability to
perceive stereograms.

Ballerina Michela Meazza's solo performance is enhanced through slow
motion.

CoBot, Riccie Janus

Discover how CoBot teaches children basic programming through creative
play. Combining online, interactive tutorials and a toy character, CoBot
encourages children to explore the real rather than the virtual world.

Enter Parag’s Augmented Reality goggles transforming everything you
hear and see in real-time. Explore the work of electronic music pioneer
Daphne Oram through a multi-touch table.

Celebrate the Alan Turing Year by creating your own cute soft-circuit
chatbot with light-up eyes! Learn how to make crochet chains and buttons
with conductive materials.

Learn the basics of interaction design with Arduino, how to use it,
applications for creating interactive objects or environments and how to
use a simple sensor for basic interaction.

Drop into this workshop and demo of unique electrically conductive
paints with cool screen printed badges. Paint your own circuitry and
build a blinking or colour-changing badge to take home.

Discover the British Galleries

Borrow an iPad from Lunchroom 1 and go on a trail around the British
Galleries, to unravel a puzzle of hidden objects.

Turing. This experimental vocal performance includes beatboxing, vocal
