Our CHM in Amsterdam is going to do a patch request but needs "a business justification, so could you provide me with a quick paragraph explaining the severity of impact caused by turning this option off," he says. Anybody care to contribute to add weight to this request....?

Hi,
We have the switched off Blank Page from the Tools Availability options
('default off' in course templates, or 'Always off' in the faculty
hierarchy) for some of our faculties, others have decided to use it.
If you want to disable it for all, you could switch it off from the admin
control panel> Tools & Utilities > Tools > Blank Page > 'Always Off'
If anyone knows how to switch off anything to do with Alignments (also
shows up on 'My Grades' for students), please let us know!
