 hi all,
Thanks for your reply what if all categorical variables are taken as co-variates and an  equation is developed, will the odds remain the same for a categorical variable if it is not taken as a categorical?
I think categorical is a type of covariate?

GREETINGS ALL
I AM USING PASW 18 FOR MY DATA ANALYSIS AND WHILE DOING BINARY LOGISTIC REGRESSION MY QUESTION IS THAT IF WE CONSIDER A CATEGORICAL VARIABLE AS A COVARIATE IN OUR ANALYSIS WHAT DIFFERENCE WILL IT MAKE.
IS IT OK TO USE A BINARY VARIABLE AS A CATEGORICAL?
CONFUSED
THANKS
