Subject: satellite surveillance at the workplace.

Hello
In June 2005 The Guardian ran an article 'Firms tag workers to improve efficiency'.  Reporting on work by Michael Blakemore, it said US satellite technology is 'turning workplaces into 'battery farms and creating conditions similar to prison surveillance'.  The practice was said to be 'spreading rapidly, with Tesco, Sainsbury and other major companies using it.
Is there any post 2005 information about  satellite technology being used to monitor workplaces?
