I am trying to compare the GLM method with others such as ICA and Hybrid methods. In order to do that, I would like to compare the activation maps produced by these methods.

How can I can access the results of SPM (SPM.mat) in a normalized and automatic way to be compared with others activations with a similarity index or something ? Knowing that ICA results will come from another software …

I am a beginner in this topic so any help is welcome !
