try 'coregister' and probably the 'estimate & write' option within 'coregister' (assuming you will do fiber tracking with FSL).

All the rest will greatly depend on the remainder of your DTI plans and details of your DWI analysis pipeline, hard to say.

Cheers,

Bas

Subject: [SPM] Transform nii file to DWI or b0 space

Dear SPMers,

I have a nii file representing my region of interest which is located in white matter. Now I would like to investigate which tracts are passing through this ROI using some DTI example data from the web. This would require me to transform my ROI nii file to b0 or DWI space. Could this transformation be achieved in SPM and how?

Many thanks for all hints,
Jokel
