Dear list,

I am using MRIcron to overlay some images from SPM with some I have from an EEG source localisation software. Whilst the SPM images open fine, the others open with wrong orientation (left is on right-hand side). I could use the "Flip L/R" function in MRIcron but this will also flip the SPM image. Does anyone know how I can flip the problematic image and then write it to disk?
