Hi Jason, yes, there is - its included in the Volumes toolbox. You'll find the tool in "Multiple Volumes - Extract Data from ROI". You can extract from raw data or an SPM.mat, you have various options to specify regions of interest and you can also choose to extract all values or just a mean per ROI. To access the results in SPM8 batch mode, you will need to combine this tool with one of the tools from BasicIO that either pass a variable on to MATLAB workspace or save it to disk. There will be one variable per ROI, containing the coordinates of the extracted voxels, and raw, mean, fitted, or adjusted timeseries data (depending on your input and requested outputs). If you have the toolbox installed, there is also an extension to the CheckReg context menu that lets you extract and plot data from there. Hope this helps, Volkmar
