Thanks for the kind advice. I did what you suggested but the description seemed quite puzzling.
From what I saw, the input parameter is a matrix of voxel coordinates in terms of voxel space. And the output is the "cluster" indices of these voxels.
Thus, it doesn't take functional information or image dimension into consideration whilst I would assume that these two pieces of info are of vital importance, since I am interested in creating "functional" cluster masks.
