Dear all,
Suppose I have a group activation map based on a t-contrast : A-B, which gives a series of activated functional clusters ( p=0.001 uncorrected). Now I would like to create a mask comprising all the voxels within an entire cluster for further ROI analyses.
I presume the tricky part lies not in the way how to locate suprathreshold voxels, but to determine how nearby voxels can be "clustered" as a whole? Has anyone done similar thing before?
